The fine print
What the table doesn't say at a glance
- While Premium and Max are free, they read up to 40 documents with AI and send up to 1,000 invitations a month. That is what the table shows today. Once they're billed, the limits are the plan's own.
- To prevent abuse, all free accounts together can send up to 500 invitations a day. If that limit is reached, free sending pauses until the next day. Paid plans keep sending.
- A sub gets at most 3 invitations in 7 days, from all contractors combined. If someone is at that limit, the list shows them as recently contacted and the round skips them.

General contractors
- How much does it cost?
- Free, no card needed: 1 job and 10 subs a month, with 2 documents read by AI. Premium and Max are free through October 31; after that, each plan costs its price if you subscribe: Starter $20/mo, Premium $79/mo, and Max $199/mo. If you don't, your account moves to the free plan.
- What is a document read by AI?
- Each takeoff, scope or contract the AI reads to pull out its line items. Re-reading the same document doesn't count, and plans and photos aren't read. If you run out, the document is saved anyway and you can read it once your plan allows: next month, or on a plan with more reads.
- Do I get a map?
- Yes, from Starter: you see where each sub is around your job and set the radius (5, 10, 25, 50, and 100 miles). On the free plan you see how far each one is, but not the map. The pin marks the center of the job's ZIP code or city, not its exact address.
- Can I set up a job from WhatsApp?
- On Starter and up, yes: you link your phone with a code, send the photos, plans or takeoff, and we save the job and read the takeoff. You choose who to ask, and send the round, on the web.
- What happens on November 1?
- Premium and Max stop being free. Nothing is charged unless you subscribe: we don't ask for a card to start, and if you don't subscribe, your account moves to the free plan and your rounds and quotes stay where they are. We'll email you beforehand.
Homeowners
- How much does it cost?
- Nothing to start: 1 job and 10 pros a month, with no card. We take no commission on the work you hire.
Trade contractors
- Does it cost anything?
- No. Answering is free, and we don't ask for a card or an account.
- Can I ask other trades for quotes?
- Yes. With a free account you turn it on from your dashboard and send a round to other trades for a job of your own, within the free plan's limits.
