Frequently asked questions
- Is this a loan?
- No. We either buy the invoice from you, or your GC pays it early. Neither way puts debt in your name.
- Do you check my credit?
- Not for early payment: the money comes from your GC, and what matters is that the invoice is approved. For an invoice purchase we do review the deal, but mostly we're looking at who has to pay it.
- What if my GC doesn't pay?
- It depends on the product. With early payment the money comes straight from your GC: if they don't pay, that payment simply doesn't happen — you keep waiting on the invoice as usual and owe nothing. If we buy the invoice from you, what we already advanced is yours even if your GC never pays (you'd only pay it back for fraud or bad-faith non-performance, per the contract you sign); the rest is released when your GC pays, so if they never do, that part doesn't arrive.
- Do I have to send you all my invoices?
- No. You choose which ones, whenever you want. No minimums, no exclusivity.
- How long does it take?
- Early payment lands in 3-5 business days once your GC approves it.
- Do you support Spanish?
- Yes. The platform is in Spanish and English, and we speak Spanish.
